Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (minimum 2 years program) in Communication Design from premier institutions like NID, IIT or equivalent with core courses in Communication Design, User Experience Design or Interface Design. 8 years of experience in industry / academia in the area of design. The candidate should have good Graphic Design skills, and mastery over Colour theory and Photography. A good understanding of the media eco-system will be an added advantage. Or Under Graduate Degree/Diploma (minimum 4 years program) in Communication Design from premier institutions like NID, IIT or equivalent with core courses in Communication Design, User Experience Design or Interface Design. 10 years of experience in industry / academia in the area of design. The candidate should have good Graphic Design skills, and mastery over Colour theory and Photography. A good understanding of the media eco-system will be an added advantage.
