General Information: 1. Person (s) would be engaged for a fixed period and providing high quality services to the BPR&D and for attending to specific and time-bound jobs. Professionals with requisite qualifications and retired government employees with relevant experience as prescribed would be hired.
2. The contractual appointment of persons would be for a period up to 31.03.2016. The contractual appointment would be on full-time basis.
3. The persons so appointed on contract basis shall not be entitled to any allowance such as Dearness allowances, residential telephone, transport facility, residential accommodation, personal staff, CGHS, medical reimbursement, etc.
4. Maximum age for holding contractual appointment to the respective posts in BPR&D shall be 65 years or till regular incumbent join or up to 31.03.2016 whichever is earlier.
5. They will not be entitled for any kind of regular leave except casual leave for 08 days on Pro-data basis.
