Experience Requirements: a) Essential: Minimum 3 years experience in the filed of planning/design/installation/O&M of electricity generation/ transmission/ distribution/ load dispatch station/SCADA equipment etc. b) Desirable: In the filed of investigation/planning/design/construction/O&M and technical administration of large storage based hydel projects preferably involving inter-state aspects.

General Conditions: 1. The number of vacancy is subject to change and the Authority reserves the rights to increase, decrease the number of vacancies or not to fill any post as per requirement.
2. The selected officer will be treated as on deputation on foreign service and his pay will be regulated in accordance with the provisions incorporated in the Department of Personnel and Training O.M. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17.6.2010 as amended/clarified from time to time.
3. The period of deputation shall ordinarily be 3 years extendable up to 5 years provided the total deputation period including the period of deputation held in any ex-cadre post immediately proceeding shall not exceed 5 years.
